Michael Stephen Lolich
(born September 12, 1940) is an American former professional baseball player.[1] He played in Major League Baseball as apitcher from 1962 until 1979, most notably for the Detroit Tigers.[1] Lolich is best known for his performance in the 1968 World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals when he won three victories, including a victory over Bob Gibson in the climactic Game 7.[2] Mickey Lolich is of Croat origin.
